From Highland Terrace Neighborhood
The Highland Terrace Neighborhood Association, HTNA, was voted to active status on the Shoreline Council of Neighborhoods at the May 1, 2002 Council of Neighborhoods meeting. The HTNA's activities include Block Watch and neighborhood stewardship projects at Fremont Pl. N. & 160th "the Fremont Trail". Project #2 is the "Living Classroom" project at 160th and Greenwood Ave. N. in collaboration with the Highland Terrace Elementary PTA and students. Click current events for work party dates and times

This is our neighborhood introduction letter. Here are our Bylaws.
Our misson: The HTNA is an organization through which citizens of the Highland Terrace Neighborhood work to promote a sense of community, serve as a representative voice of the Highland Terrace Neighborhood citizens, encourage an open environment for dialogue and action, and offer opportunities for public service.
Our goals are to maintain a Safe, a Pleasant, and an Emergency Ready neighborhood.

Thanks for visiting and we look forward to seeing you at our monthly meetings. Which are held in the Highland Terrace Elementary School at 160th St. N. and 1st. Ave. N.W. The meetings start at 7 P.M. in the school library. Park in well lighted parking lot in front of the school, enter the main entrance, left turn down the hall to the library.
