This is our neighborhood introduction letter. Here are our Bylaws.

Our misson: The HTNA is an organization through which citizens of the Highland Terrace Neighborhood work to promote a sense of community, serve as a representative voice of the Highland Terrace Neighborhood citizens, encourage an open environment for dialogue and action, and offer opportunities for public service.

Our goals are to maintain a Safe, a Pleasant, and an Emergency Ready neighborhood.

For information about a goal, click on the highlighted word Safe or Pleasant or Emergency Ready.

We welcome suggestions and updating ideas that enhance the goals of the Highland Terrace Neighborhood Association and Block Watch. Feel free to browse around this site.
